Cavendish Corporate Finance LLP, commonly referred to as Cavendish, is an independent firm advising exclusively on sell side M&A. Cavendish specialises in a variety of sectors including; financial services, industrials, and healthcare (a full list features below). The company advises a broad variety of clients including; private companies, financial institutions and fully listed public companies, with transactions generally falling in the mid-market value range (£10 million to £200 million).

Cavendish Corporate Finance was co-founded in 1988 by Lord Leigh of Hurley, Senior Partner at Cavendish and Hugo Haddon-Grant, who currently acts as a business consultant for the company.
Prior to forming Cavendish Corporate Finance, Lord Leigh of Hurley worked at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, the accountancy firm, where he helped set up a mergers and acquisitions group. Hugo Haddon-Grant has previous experience with the Business Exchange and was previously with the accountancy firm Grant Thornton.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Our People )〕
